Have to say I disagree, Katie. I find productivity levels at there most in the morning. Also, less distraction at this time of day and I use it as my time before family and work take over.

As you say, each to their own but if you get to bed by 10pm you should get enough sleep.

Some of the most productive and successful people have a positive morning routine.
