The only thing that matters is being able to look yourself in the mirror, each day, and know you did right.

This is the first article or time I’ve put finger to key on Medium for what feels like an eternity.

As I’ve previously discussed, I found Medium during the initial lockdown of Covid19 and used the resource as a way of noting my thoughts and also connecting with others.

I’ve really enjoyed reading other people’s articles and also reaching out to learn more from said individuals. A few people I’d like to name check are Moreno Zugaro; Anastasia Shch; Emily Rudow; Darius Foroux; Jack Krier; Ashley Richmond. All have been super accommodating and available with their time.

Learn from others is an important mantra to adhere to.

This is why I’ve been reading a lot since the initial lockdown and kept up the habit.

I’ve found the more I read the more I learn and the more I ask the more I learn.

What I’ve recently struggled with is staying accountable and maintaining the habits I first began during lockdown.

During the initial period of lockdown I was meditating daily, reading daily, training at the gym 5–6 times a week and practicing gratitude also on a daily basis.
