Trevor Moawad is a mental conditioning coach to elite performers and the co-founder of Limitless Minds. He co-founded the company with Russell Wilson, NFL player and Quarterback with the Seattle Seahawks (at the time of writing).

In his book, ‘It Takes What It Takes’, Trevor shares his practices and wisdom on how to think neutrally and achieve results.

Staying neutral takes away emotion and replaces it with behaviours.

Neutral thinking is judgement free thinking.

For Trevor, “an emotion is merely another form of bias” and something he wants people to remove from their mindset.

This is what he preaches and instils in top athletes, such as Russell Wilson, who don’t replay the past or think of the opposition or the future, rather they’re only thinking of the present and what they can control.

This is summed up by the following quote from Trevor;

“What happens next will be determined solely by what you do next, and what you do next will be the absolute right thing.”
